Ensignias /Tags as bounty will not work. No-one will buy tags if theres no need for them. And if there is a need for them, the tag will not drop often enough without inflating the prices close to rediculous. Currently pirate tags that are needed...

Corporations have nothing to do with important storyline missions. As long as you do 16 missions (of same level) to agents belonging to same FACTION, you will get a important mission (of same level).

Caracal flys faster than the AFs Caracal kills faster than the AFs Caracal has more slots for EM tank than AFs Caracal has more room for loot than the AFs You cant complete all of the lvl3 missions in a Caracal however, but thats what I'd use.
